Since the walking animation of robots bob slightly up and down, lots of practice is needed to find the exact timing and feel for the Superdash. For Haechi, this position is when Haechi's "shoulders" hit the cliff edge, but slightly before it (when the edge is very close to its shoulders). The actual timeframe for successfully carrying out this process is only a few frames long, but players can take notice of the relative position of the robot to the cliff edge to time the Dash precisely to trigger a Superdash. In the special scenario when the Dash acceleration phase ends before the robot leaves the ground, the momentum will stay the same, letting the robot glide at a high speed after the Dash. However, the momentum can be maintained by utilizing the Superdash technique. This causes the robot to seemingly "stop mid-air" when dashing off a cliff, which is quite fustrating and very dangerous in real battle. The Dash ability has a special mechanic that violates the laws of physics: when the robot leaves the ground while the Dash is still active, the ability ends instantly and the momentum from the Dash is removed, instead of being maintained. The shield has a large radius of about 25m, which can shield close by allies but is also vulnerable to cornershooting that can deplete the shield when Haechi is in cover. Haechi also has a medium-weak built-in energy shield like the Carnage and Fujin, allowing it to block all kinetic weapons and sonic weapons. The Haechi can store two Dash charges with a 10-second cooldown. It shares this ability with the other two Korean robots Kumiho and Bulgasari, and also Strider, Bolt, and Nether. The Dash ability gives Haechi a quick burst of movement in any given direction. The Haechi is a medium robot with 3 medium hardpoints.
